Paisano Restaurant and Bar is a family owned restaurant located at 223 High St. Waltham, Massachusetts that was established in 2005 by Hector Emilio and Samuel Contreras. We have authentic Mexican, Guatemalan cuisine including, but not limited to our delicious burritos, tacos, salads, delicious coffee, pupusas, mojarra frita, soups, seafood and lets not forget about our international bar with drinks like tequila, cadillac margarita, blue moonlight and more.
